The Business School is pleased to invite applications for the newly established Business School Scholarship. The scholarships are available for students undertaking a full time taught Master’s degree course starting in September 2011.The scholarship scheme, which is only open to students from Ghana, Jordan and Vietnam, will reward excellent students in their home countries with the opportunity to study at Huddersfield for free and with additional financial support towards their living costs.The Business School are looking for 3 exceptional students with an outstanding academic record and who can communicate, through the application process, how obtaining a Master’s degree at Huddersfield will contribute to their own ambitions and the social or economic development of their country.
All applicants for a Scholarship must first receive an offer of a place on their chosen course, which must be a course offered by the Business School.
The 3 successful students who are awarded a Scholarship will have their tuition fees paid and on enrolment will receive £4,000 towards the costs of living in Huddersfield.
Applicants are required to send:
- A copy of the letter indicating that they have been offered a place on a Masters degree in the Business School starting in September 2011
- A copy of their curriculum vitae
- A letter of application indicating why they should be awarded a Scholarship.
- A reference from their last place of study confirming that they have achieved the qualifications identified in their curriculum vitae.
