The University of Melbourne: International Postgraduate Coursework Award 2010

Eligible students must:

  • be a citizen of a country other than Australia;
  • receive an unconditional offer of a place in one of the following Masters by coursework:
    Architecture, Building and Planning; Dentistry and Health Sciences; Economics and Commerce; Education; Engineering; Land and Food Resources; Law; Medicine, and Music or, a graduate diploma in the faculties of: Education; Land and Food Resources; and Law.

No application is necessary.
Selection is made by faculties based on academic merit. Offers are made at the start of semester. Value: 25% to 100% fee remission from tuition fees.

The Singapore Management University (SMU) MBA Scholarships Open to All Nationalities

The Singapore Management University (SMU) MBA programme offers scholarships for both Full-tima and Flex-time students. Currently we offer scholarships for academic excellence, leadership, diversity, and/or sector interest (family business & entrepreneurship, energy, technology, and finance). Students can apply for more than one scholarship. Scholarships are awarded based on merit and need. Over half of this year’s pioneer class has been awarded some form of scholarship funding ranging from 5,000 – 15,000 SGD. There is no bond attached to these scholarships.

Scholarships for MBA Students at University of Southampton School of Management

For students joining the MBA programme in the 2010/11 academic year, the School is offering a number of bursaries in the form of reductions in the course fees. The value of the bursaries will be £3000 for UK/EU students and £2000 for international students. To be eligible for the award of a bursary, the student must be financing their study from their own resources and not in receipt of any other form of sponsorship.

Criteria for the award of bursaries will be excellence in previous academic achievements, work experience and the anticipated impact of the MBA on your future career.

ESMT International MBA Scholarships 2010, Germany

ESMT continues development of scholarship program to promote diversity on the MBA

  • Regional scholarships available for applicants from all continents
  • Full scholarships available for exceptional female applicants

ESMT European School of Management and Technology has continued the development of its MBA scholarship program for 2010-11. The MBA program at ESMT is built on both faculty and peer-to-peer learning, and the school is committed to diversity in the classroom. “The current Full-time MBA class at ESMT is made up of participants from 21 countries,” said Nick Barniville, Director of MBA Programs. “Our aim is to further increase this diversity.” The majority of all ESMT scholarships are now clustered according to region. Financial support is being offered in the form of merit-based partial scholarships to applicants from the Americas, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Two full scholarships for women will also be provided this year (value 38,000 EUR each). “We already have 35%women in the MBA class, and we are committed to doing everything we can to further increase this figure,” adds Barniville.
